I purchased download credits, but where are my credits?

Your credits should automatically appear in your account shortly after your purchase. Occasionally there can be a slight delay but this is usually very short. This can sometimes happen if our ecommerce provider is taking longer than usual to process your payment. 

First of all check the top of any page on our website (while log'd in). Here you can see the number of credits you have remaining at the top of the screen, next to My Account.

If your new credits have not been added check your email account to see if your payment has been processed. Our payment processing is done through WorldPay.

If all is ok with your payment your credits should appear instantly, however, if they are not showing please try the following:-


  • Refresh your browser...
    • Windows: Ctrl + F5
    • Mac/Apple: Apple + R or Cmd + R
    • Linux: F5 
  • If this does not work try logging out and logging back in.
