We want this to work for both you and us. So, in order to help you decide please read the following.
We are only looking for a small number of composers with tracks that fit our requirements, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to work with you. However, if you are accepted into our library you will be able to send us small batches of regular music, which will hopefully add to your music income.
If we can take you on board:
You must own and control all of the copyright in the recording and composition. This includes ensuring that all samples are licensed appropriately for use in your production. We do not want to discover later that there is copyright infringement in a piece of music. This would be damaging to us and our clients business. If this happens, you will be liable for any legal action, costs and damages. If in doubt about the originality of the music or the sample clearance do not send it to us. Make sure that you have proof of ownership of any samples, loops or sounds you have used in any production you send to us.
While we do not need to see your licenses for all of the samples you use on every track, we may request it at any time. If there is a dispute we may need further information from you to defend any action against us and you must be able to provide proof of ownership.
