I Purchased Download Credits... What Now?

Your Download Credits are added almost instantly upon purchase. You can easily see your Credits balance at the top of the website when logged in. To access your account click 'My Account'. You can access all previous downloads and their license agreements in there too.

If your credits don't appear within 10 minutes please get in touch.

Now that you have your credits you can go to the music track or sound effect you wish to license and click 'License & Download'. This will display the 'License and Download' page for that track where you can complete the download by continuing to click 'License Now'.

How do I get back to the music or sound effect that I was listening to?

Method 1 - My Listening History

Go back to the music library or sound effects library and select your track from recently played. Clicking show / hide listening history displays a list of the last 20 tracks or sound effects that you listened to. You can then click on the track name to get back to the track / effect page with its download options.

Please note: If your player is closed, just play any track to reopen it.

Method 2 - My Lists

If you have been using 'My Lists', simply go to 'My Account', then 'My Lists' and click on the list name to access your saved music and effects. If you want to learn how to use 'My Lists' click here

How do I download my chosen audio?

Once you have located your chosen track click the green 'License Now' button in order to license and download the track as shown below.

License Page

The license page is accessible from every track by clicking the 'License & Download' button. This provides various information about the credits required and the monetary 'from and to' costs. You also have the option to select wav or mp3 download. Once you have selected your license type, choice of wav or mp3, click the 'License & Download Now' button to download the audio.

Alternatively, you can just add it to your account for downloading later. In either case the music is always available in 'My Account' area along with licensing documentation. Clicking 'License & Download Now' uses the relevant number of credits from your credits balance. 

What Does the Blue License & Download Button Mean?

If you see the blue License & Download button this means you have already licensed that audio. Clicking it will display a link back to 'My Account' where you can re-download it.
