About Your Order
Scripts
By placing your order with Media Music Now and sending us your script are confirming that you have sent us your final, ready to record script.
We pay the voice-over for every recording. If they make a mistake, they re-record it for free. If you make a mistake on your script, we have to pay the voice-over for a re-record and therefore have to charge you for this. Please triple check your script to avoid this potential extra cost.
If you find that the voice-over has mis-pronounced a word or not followed your direction, under these circumstances our voice-overs will do a reasonable amount of re-records at no extra charge but you must raise any issues upon receiving the finished files or within 1-2 working days. If you leave it for numerous days / weeks before getting back to us, we will consider this a paid re-record.
If you decide to change your script after recording has started, even if it is only one or two words, you will need to pay an additional fee for a re-record. This is because it is not as simple as just re-recording a word and editing it in. It usually means a whole line or section has to be re-recorded and edited to make it blend in with the existing audio. This is time consuming and as such, we have to charge accordingly.
Payments
Bookings are confirmed only when payment is received. As a web-based company, our service is competitively priced and available to customers globally via the web. To keep overheads / package prices low, we require that many of our services are paid for in advance.
This service is customised to your requirements and as we don’t have the overheads of a conventional invoicing department we always request payment in advance. This keeps our business profitable while keeping prices as competitive as possible. Your invoice is delivered automatically upon payment by credit / debit card. Alternatively we can take your payment over the phone if you prefer.
