I am in other non-exclusive libraries, it this ok?

This is a non-exclusive agreement meaning you can be in other non-exclusive libraries with the same music. However, please make sure that you understand our agreement and ensure that none of your other agreements causes conflict with ours. If you think that any of your prior, current or future agreements are likely to conflict, please do not enter into an agreement with us.

This is important because some libraries may have schemes or offer opportunities that could affect your ability to sell music licenses elsewhere. If this happens, regrettably we will have to remove your music. Please be careful about the libraries you join and make sure you understand their terms.

Can I resubmit tracks that you did not want previously?

Unfortunately not. We understand that your tracks may have been accepted elsewhere, but we may have chosen not to proceed with them. This could be down to several reasons.

Please respect our decision and do not take it personally. There may be times when we take on the majority of tracks, but other times when we don't take any. If this is likely to cause you offence please do not proceed.

Can I contact you for updates or to discuss my music?

Due to time restrictions and volume, we are unable to provide updates or discuss your music. We are only a team of two and don't get the time to do this.

Can I just send my audio and you create the descriptions?

No, we need detailed track information from you for the music we wish to proceed with. This is not something we have time to create.

How long is your agreement?

The agreement is initially 2 years from the date we accept your tracks. After this period, the agreement shall continue until written notice is given. To remove tracks after the initial period you will need to confirm this with us via email so that we can manually remove tracks.

What happens to licenses if I end the agreement and remove my tracks?

All current and prior licenses held by our clients (users of our music) will remain valid in perpetuity. No new licenses will be issued once removed, but we cannot end existing licenses because you decide to remove your music.

What promotion and distribution will you do for me?

We do not promote your music or distribute it anywhere. We simply list music in our library for our clients to license if they want to. We do not promote any tracks individually, we just promote our whole business. Customers finding your music on our website is partly luck and partly down to you providing good descriptions and relevant keywords, genres, moods etc. Customers get a chance to listen to your music and potentially license it for their projects.
