We no longer have a public phone number.
We have found that email is an essential part of answering a customer enquiry, and providing phone support has proved unproductive for us and our clients. It is difficult to guide someone through a website over the phone, but email is ideal as you can easily send links and images to help.
When we did have a phone number on our website, we spent a lot of time dealing with unsolicited marketing calls rather than helping clients.
For these reasons, we have removed our phone number completely, but have no issue with talking in person if it is needed for a particular project or enquiry.
