Our primary method of receiving payment is by credit card or PayPal via our eCommerce system. If you do not have a debit or credit card or cannot use PayPal our manual payment options are limited.
If you can not use any electronic means of payment the only option we have is to accept a bank transfer.
We will have to wait until your transfer has cleared before adding credits to your account or providing any services.
You will also have to pay any bank fees incurred. We are based in the UK and international bank transfers can be expensive. For that reason, we strongly suggest that you get in touch with your bank first to see how much this will cost you.
Please keep in mind that this will be dealt with manually over email when our offices are open, so it will not be instant unless you can pay online. We typically get back within one working day.
