We nearly always find that meetings are not necessary for us to work on your project as almost anything we / you need can be sorted by phone or email. We are always busy working on projects and being a web-based service we have a pretty strict 'no meetings' policy. This is necessary for us to maintain an efficient service and keep costs down. Also, as our clients are located all over the world meetings are almost always geographically challenging. If you still feel you need a meeting, we may consider it at your expense, but only if we agree that it is totally necessary for us to complete our part in the project.
