Pricing Policy / Licensing

Our pricing policy intends to provide an affordable source of professional services to the media industry whilst trying to make the revenue worthwhile for the contributor. We believe in selling quality products and services and feel that our pricing policy represents value. 'Duplication Options' explained

This refers to the number of actual duplications you wish to make and sell of your project / product containing our licensed music. 

The following paragraphs provide guidance on our policy.

Products for Sale

Physical Reproductions - Our standard license enables you to produce up to 1,000 copies of your product containing our music. If you need to make more than 1,000 reproductions / copies, please select the relevant number from the drop down list and the fee will adjust automatically. 

Download Products - The number of copies cannot always be calculated easily, therefore, please estimate the number of product downloads you aim to sell in total.

Items Not for Sale but for Promotion

YouTube / Online Video - For YouTube and other online video platforms, this is covered by our standard license.

Any use of our music in low budget / student films, online website video promotion or as streaming background music included in a promotion is covered by our standard license.

Give-a-ways and Covermounts

If the music is going to be used in a mass market give-a-way or on a magazine or newspaper covermount promotion, we reserve the rignt to charge an extended license fee and create a bespoke package price for these types of uses. For information please contact us

Radio / TV Production

If you wish to use our royalty free music for TV & Radio broadcast as part of a production, advert, programme or film, you can use our standard license option.

Other Information

Upgrade Later – If you feel unable to commit to a number at this time, go with a standard license (up to 1000) and contact us for a 'license upgrade' in the future if you feel it is necessary.

50% of the Sale goes to the composer - Carefully pricing our music makes using high quality royalty free music affordable for our clients and enables Media Music Now to provide excellent service to the industry. We help our composers to make a living from selling their music and services whilst offering a quality checked music library. 

Loyalty - As our company and composers benefit from client loyalty, we are always happy to try and accommodate your budget and have a discount scheme for Pre-pay account holders.

Flexibility -  If you feel that our licensing policy does not reflect your intended usage, please contact us as we have some flexibility within our license structure and may be able to offer an alternative.

We aspire to develop the highest quality Royalty Free Music resource on the web whilst providing a quality service to our customers and composers. Our strict manual selection criteria ensures that we filter out the ‘typically’ bland poor quality music that has historically given Royalty Free Music a bad reputation  -  we only host quality music productions.

Music Prices are based on track length as follows: -
