  About UK VAT

  As a UK company we are required by law to add UK VAT to orders if the customer is in the UK. We are also required to add vat to the invoices of customers in the EU who do not have a vat registration number. If you are in the EU and are VAT registered please provide a valid VAT number upon registration and no UK VAT will be added to your invoice. Customers outside of the UK or EU will not have VAT added to their invoices. Bookings are confirmed only when payment is received. As a web-based company, our service is competitively priced and available to customers globally via the web. To keep overheads / package prices low, we require that many of our services are paid for in advance.  

This service is customised to your requirements and as we don’t have the overheads of a conventional invoicing department we always request payment in advance. This keeps our business profitable while keeping prices as competitive as possible.

 

Your invoice is delivered automatically upon payment by credit / debit card. Alternatively we can take your payment over the phone if you prefer.
