Background

Having initially been a trombonist in the Ashton-on-Mersey show band I became interested in music technology during a number of recording sessions with the band.  

After gaining much practical experience as a live sound engineer and artist manager I later studied HND in Music Technology, in Manchester before setting up a mobile recording studio and becoming a freelance sound engineer and producer.

Being in the field of sound production I frequently got asked for original music and naturally progressed into composing music to the bespoke requirements of the client.  

Currently, I am busy as the project director of Media Music Now.
