This section is aimed at providing information to help you when using the Composer Directory and decide whether commissioning a custom piece is right for your needs.

How does the service work?

The main principle of the directory is to connect you with the right composer / producer for your project. This can be done it two ways.

You can choose your own composer from the directory using the ‘Find a Composer’ page and then contact us.
You can contact us first and we will recommend a composer based on your requirements / budget.

Once you have chosen a composer, we provide you with an estimate or quotation based on the initial outline of your project. If you then wish to go-ahead, we work with you and prepare a detailed quotation, production and payment schedule.

During the composition / production stage, we are on hand to answer any questions and deal with any difficulties you may experience.

Once the production is complete, it is delivered to you through our file transfer service or on any physical medium via post or courier.

Why Commission a Composer?
